2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
These Conditions of Use of the Site, together with the rest of the Conditions and Policies published on the Site and / or the particular conditions that may be established, are intended to regulate the provision of information as well as the commercial relations that arise between Conservas y Vinos and the users of the Site.
Browsing the Site and/or using the services included in the Store entails the acquisition of User status. 3. ACCESS AND REGISTRATION

5. LIABILITY
Conservas y Vinos will only be liable for damages that the User may suffer as a result of the use of the Site when said damages are attributable to a fraudulent action of the same. 8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These conditions will be governed by Spanish law, which will be applicable in what is not provided in this contract in terms of interpretation, validity and execution. Any dispute that could not be resolved extrajudicially, will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Logroño, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to the parties if different.
