GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Tinta de Toro from old vines that survived the phylloxera pest, planted far apart in a rugged setting with low production figures.
VINIFICATION Classical vinification with destemmed, crushed grapes, that have undergone a painstaking selection process. Highly-controlled fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks.
AGEING Aged for twelve months in French oak barrels. Aged in the bottle long enough to allow the wine to fully develop.
SERVING TEMPERATURE Serve at 16 - 18 ºC.
