GRAPE VARIETIES 34% Tempranillo. 33% Graciano. 33% Mazuelo. A selection of grapes from the best vines in the most reputed terroirs in Cenicero.
VINIFICATION The grapes are harvested in boxes and sorted manually on the crush pad conveyor. An experimental winery employing the most advanced winemaking techniques in every vinification stage and the latest ultra-maceration fermentation methods.
AGEING Aged for 20 months in new barrels made of the finest oak. Aged in the bottle for at least 24 months before being put on the market.
