Red crianza wine: Varietal: 80% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha, 5% Mazuelo.
Fermentation: 10 days in stainless steel vats, controlled temperature of no more than 30°C. Maceration: 14 days in contact with skins and daily pumping over.
Ageing: 12 months in American and French oak casks with racking twice. Colour: ruby red with garnet hues and medium depth of colour. Aroma: hints of ripe fruit, toasted oak wood and vanilla.
Palate: round, good structure, delicious, nutty with a hint of vainilla at the end. Ideal time for drinking: within 1 to 6 years. It could be kept longes in a suitable, cool place.
Food pairing: charcuterie, cheese and meat. Best to be consumed between: 16-18°C.
