Made entirely from white Viura grapes, hand harvested at optimum ripeness. A cold skin maceration produces excellent aromatic extraction and, after pressing, the must is allowed to fall naturally and then fermentation is carried out at cold, controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, to retain its aromatic freshness.

Reminiscent pale yellow-green. Seductive scent of spring, white flowers and fresh tropical fruit. A step in the mouth nice and long, leaving a slight acidity that gives a feeling of freshness that results in an increased potential retronasal aroma. Ideal companion for appetizers, snacks, fish and seafood.
